2What the service does
With your permission, SmartInboxCleanup connects to your Gmail and sorts your inbox using the keep and trash words you submit, with help from AI. Emails that match your keep words, and real conversations and transactions, are archived. Emails that match your trash words, or look like clutter, are moved to trash. Purchase and order emails, such as receipts, are left where they are.
3Nothing is permanent at once
Emails moved to trash stay in Gmail's Trash for 30 days before Gmail removes them, so you can recover anything moved by mistake. Archived emails are never deleted. They only leave your inbox view and remain searchable.
4Your part
The result depends most on your keep words, because they protect the emails that matter to you. Please check them carefully before you submit. I am not responsible for results that come from incomplete or unclear words.
5Payment
The price is shown on the payment page, in dollars or naira. Payments go through Paystack. Dollar prices are charged in naira at that day's rate. Payment is for one cleanup of one inbox. Refund requests are looked at case by case and should be sent to [email protected]. Because trashed emails can be recovered for 30 days, a refund is not automatic just because an email was sorted differently than you expected.
6Connecting your Gmail
You give access through Google's own sign-in screen, and you must tick the box that allows access to your Gmail. Your access is closed when your cleanup finishes, and at the latest after 7 days. You can remove it yourself at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you remove it while a cleanup is running, that cleanup may be incomplete. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
7Time it takes
The time depends on the size of your inbox and on Google's and the AI service's systems, so I cannot promise a fixed time. Small inboxes finish in minutes. Very large ones can take many hours. You can watch a live count on your progress page, and I email you when it is done.
8Limits
SmartInboxCleanup is provided as it is. I test it carefully, but I cannot promise it will never have a fault. As far as the law allows, my total responsibility for any problem is limited to the amount you paid. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost business, data or opportunity.
9Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using SmartInboxCleanup after a change, you accept the new terms.
